Today is a very special day. It is my baby nephews 1st birthday. My sister and her hubby didn't know if they wanted a third with all the challenges they had to overcome with their first two children. They took a romantic trip to Italy, and the Lord told them that they needed another. I was so happy to hear that they were thinking about it, and it wasn't long after that we found out she was pregnant! They moved out to Nortwest Indiana, and in their new home, this little handsome boy came into the world. My sister gets mad props from me, because she went all natural, labored practically in her sleep, and he seemed to just fly out with no help! She is amazing people.
It was actually the only birth of my nephews that I wasn't there for, which makes me very sad, but I was determined to be there for his little life. I'm so happy we live just a few houses down now, so I can see this little guy every day.
When you are having a bad day, you need some of him. He is the most zen, happy baby. Practically smiling from the day he got here, he has the most beautiful, happy energy.
This last few weeks he started walking, and its just the cutest thing to see him try to chase after and keep up with his two big brothers. I'm just so happy they decided to have another, because I can't imagine never getting to meet this angel baby and get to know him.
