Very, very true.
And don't expect to regain that controls once Capri arrives...i had THAT problem for a good 4-5 months after Jonah's birth. LOL

Im still mourning the fact I cant enjoy a trampoline anymore!
The moment it happens though is so embarressing right? You kinda look around and wonder if any one else knows what just happened. Or you wonder just how much control you lost and if you need to change your clothes.
It's all worth it though!
