This behavior is so rare in my household, that I thought I would get evidence that it actually happened!

Book Meme
I was tagged by this beautiful lady *
Here is how it works.
the rules....there must always be rules for this sort of thing. I wonder who sits around thinking up these rules?
1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people, and acknowledge who tagged you.
The book next to me is The Gift by Shad Helstetter
"If you could go forward in time, two years into the future from this moment, what would you most want to see?
1.What is your job, or what are you doing as your vocation?
2.Where do you spend your daily "work" time; that is, what is your physical environment? (Home, office, in your car, on the beach...)"
Okay, now to tag 5 people
Um, I'm going to break the rules, and only tag one- Jordan!

My next labor drug will slow your roll

A beverage company has come out with a new anti-energy drink called "Drank".
The carbonated, grape-flavored beverage is spiked with melatonin, valerian root and rose hips.
The company is marketing its product to the hip-hop community and the relaxed, anti-stress mentality that they promote. Their marketing line is "Slow your roll". However, I think this is totally off the mark, they need to market it to women about to give birth... and here is why....
When I was in labor with Capri I drank a teaspoon of Jagermeister (an old midwifery trick), to help relax me, and progress my labor. Jagermeister contains valerian root, so it is very good at relaxin' a momma. However, it has a black licorice, alcohol taste, that is not so appetizing to a woman in labor, ya hear me? I would much rather have a grape flavored, popsicle tasting drink to "slow my roll", kwim?
So with baby #2, I'm going to have some of this grape stuff in my bag of tricks, oh yeah baby.

You have a choice, how cool is that?
I've been reading an awesome book by Shad Helmstetter called "The Gift".
Today I read about choices, and he lists about 100 choices we all have, and can make every single day. After he lists them he goes back, and tells you to read each question, and listen closely for your own answer. I did this, and found it to be an incredible experience, so I wanted to share it with you guys!
Taken from "The Gift"-
What time will you get up tomorrow?
How will you spend your time during the day?
What goals will you work on?
Who will you spend most of your time with?
If you have a problem, will you worry about it, or will you work at it and solve it?
What will you do with the time you have to yourself?
What will you allow to upset you or upset your day?
Will you complain, or be positive and move on?
What will you talk about most this week?
What will you think about most?
Will you criticize someone else, or will you understand?
Will you be where you need to be, when you need to be there?
Will you always be on time?
Will you actively listen, instead of thinking of your own point of view?
What advice will you ask for, and whose advice will you take?
How often will you smile?
What kind of clothes will you wear?
How organized will you be?
How much time will you spend with your family?
How much time will you give to yourself?
What will you have for lunch?
What will you read?
What will you watch on television?
What is the last thing you'll choose to think about, just before you go to sleep tonight?
What is the first thing you'll think about, when you wake up in the morning?
What is so exciting is you do have a choice, to choose what matters most to you, about anything, every single day. No matter where you are, what you are doing, right now, today, and tomorrow, you can choose.
